It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Hopkins of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Rockhouse, Kentucky, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Armel Hopkins and Polly Kennard Hopkins; and his brothers, William Joe, Robert Dale, Larry and Benny Scott Hopkins.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Jerry Hopkins II; his granddaughters, Kaitlynn Standafer (Brock) and Ashley Clay Hopkins (Logan Hunley); his great grandchild Kenzie; his siblings, Lowell Hopkins (Doris) of Middletown, Ohio. and Carolyn Elam of Morehead; his sister-in-law Patsy Hopkins of West Liberty, KY.; his uncle Paul Hopkins of Norman, OK.; his sister Betty Jenkins; his nephew William Travis Hopkins; and his niece Kelli Louise Elam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
