He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue; his children, Angie Jackson (Mike) and Kenneth Waller Jr. (Deenise); his grandchildren, Ashley Caudill (Chris), Brandon Waller and Hannah Waller; and his great grandchildren, Jamison and Everleigh Caudill.
