She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alspaugh and Margaret Alspaugh; and her brother William Alspaugh. She is survived by: her sons, Brian of Lexington, KY and Mike Butler of Lexington, KY; her granddaughters, Katherine Ann Butler and Madeline Claire Butler; and her brother Michael Alspaugh (Cathy).
