He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Campbell; and his father Clarence. He is survived by: his sons, Keller Campbell Jr. (Jackie) and Michael Campbell (Khrista); his grandchildren, Kelly, Chad, Cara, Hannah, Nick, Troy, Conner, Nicole, Brittany, Danielle, Austin and Whitnie; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Mitchell and Kay Apollos. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
