He was predeceased by: his parents, Keneth Scudder and Marian Joy Hobbs (Bass); and his former wives, Sheryl L. Scudder (Shepple) and Geraldine H. Scudder (Britt). He is survived by: his wife Linda H. Scudder (Madden) of Lexington, Kentucky; his stepfather George W. Hobbs; his brother Glen W. Hobbs (Tina); his children, Robin J. Bandy (Robert) of Greenwood, Lea Ann Pittman (Gene) of Indianapolis, Traci Dawn Mahley (Jeff) of Flat Rock and Scott Scudder (Lori) of Waldron; and his stepchildren, Gina L. Carlton (Glendon) of Lexington and Joe Madden (Anne) of Lexington. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
