It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Frederick LaVey in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Frederick LaVey; and his parents-in-law, Velma Harper and Bill Harper. He is survived by: his wife Becky Harper LaVey; his children, Jay Crim, Cyndy Crim Reynolds, Nathan Crim, Adam LaVey, Kacey LaVey, Andrew Maclin and Mindy Harper Flynn; his grandchildren, Trey Reynolds, Winston Crim, Zach Reynolds, Barkley Crim, Sammy Stewart, Nathan Harper and Delyla Flynn; his sisters, Linda Ising (Ron) and Beth Buchanan (Melvin); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Harper and Janie Harper; his stepmother Judy LaVey; and his close friend Jack Coffman.
