He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Douthitt Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Sapphira Crandall (Tyler); his granddaughter Ryan; his parents, Paul Douthitt and Maxine Douthitt; his siblings, Carl Douthitt, Felicia Wilson (Casey) and Tracy Hunt (Michael); and his friends, Anthony King, Donnie Mishio, Don Madison, Connie Mosley and Stacia Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
