We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2020, at the age of 69, Karen L. Ballard (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lorraine Richards; her grandparents, Thema, Bill and Richards; and her cousin Elaine Mekelson.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Ballard (Melissa), Michael Southworth and Tracy Southworth; her brother Gregory Artime (Alice); her grandchildren, Bradley, Destanie, Lainey, Dylan (Katie), Trevor and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Brendalynn and Ryder; and her cousin Kelly Lescenski (Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
