It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Annette Fowler (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on February 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Fowler and Margaret Fowler. She is survived by: her daughter Tasha Street Baker; her siblings, Gail Fowler, Terry Fowler Powers, Linda J. Goff, Donna L. Gann, Teresa Terry and Phil Fowler; and her close friend Julie Housh.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to The Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike, Lexington, KY 40504.
