He was predeceased by: his son Justin Harper Mozer Jr.; his brother Jason Mozer; and his father John Mozer. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Harper; his wife Layne; his children, Winston, Barkley, Dylan and Violet Mozer; and his siblings, Joy Mozer, Will Harper and Jeff Mozer (Casey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (3100 Tates Creek Rd, Lexington, KY 40502). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the same location.
