He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Harper; his wife Layne; his children, Winston, Barkley, Dylan and Violet Mozer; and his siblings, Joy Mozer, Will Harper and Jeff Mozer (Casey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
