He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Joseph Sr. and Norine Heafey Howard; his son Julian Joseph, III (Carol); and his granddaughter Madison. He is survived by: his children, Sally Luton (Jim), Anne Wafford (Steve), Jim (Martha), Michael (Patti) and Patrick (Whitney). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
