She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Gene Wallace; and her mother Blanche Mullins. She is survived by: her father Benjamin Mullins; her children, Benjamin Wallace and Tiffany Wallace Stockwell (Philip); her daughter-in-law Wanda Wallace; her grandchildren, Brendon Stockwell and Amber Damron; and her pets, Kona and Quice.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Julia Ann Mullins Wallace to the Lexington Humane Society, the Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity.
