She was predeceased by: her husband Rocky Mullins; her parents, Harlan Clifton Jolly and Juanita McFarland Jolly Sorrell; her niece Anita Jolly Foister; and her siblings-in-law, Anna and Everett Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Mullins Richardson (Dave) of Lexington; her brother Billy Jolly (Cindy); her nephews, William Ross Jolly, Clifton Andrew Jolly and Mark Mullins; her niece Mindy Shelton; and her close friends, Chuck and Bessie Sue.
