She is survived by: her husband James Alvin Philpott Jr.; her children, John Harman Philpott (Mary Laura), Cameron Philpott Chason (Jeremy) and James Hundley Philpott (Emily); her grandchildren, William Cameron Philpott, Mary Genevieve Philpott, Claire Brooks Chason, Charlotte Hundley Chason, Shelby Harman Chason, Marilyn Russell Philpott and James Hunter Philpott; and her siblings, Charles Warwick Mauzé Jr. (Melanie) and Jean Mauzé Wheless (James).
