She is survived by: her husband Howard Blake; her children, Jenny Fenwick (Ken), Christy Blake and Anthony Blake (Erin); her grandchildren, Katelynn Blake, Brenyn Blake, Brycen Fenwick, Karis Blake, Jaxton Fenwick, Gracie Blake and Sadie Blake; and her siblings, Mary Lear, Tonuja Dailey (Raymond), Mike, Paul (Vanessa) and Yancy Lear (Katrina).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513).
