She was predeceased by: her spouse Gary Lee Adams; and her sister Joetta Casey. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Lee Lockwood (Mark) and Becky Lynn Tuttle (Christopher); her sister Phyllis Jean Hegwood; her grandchildren, Garrett Anthony Lockwood and Alyssa Grace Lockwood; her nieces, Terri Lynn Calhoun, Toni Dawn Greco and Julie Casey; her nephew Scott David Stinson; and her pet Benson.
