She was predeceased by: her husband Joel Allen Hughes; her parents, Jesse Osborne Sr. and Daisy Lucille Shell Osborne; her nephew-in-law Millard James; her siblings, Ronald Osborne, Polly Coyle, Janice Wood, Jessica Robinson and Teresa Christensen Lile; and her pet Mitzi.
She is survived by: her pet Lilly; her children, Tamitha "Tammie" Martin (Ron) of Lexington, KY and Ray Allen Towles of Harrodsburg, KY; her brother Gene Ray Osborne of Lexington, KY; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda James (Millard), Freedom Wilson (Podge), Amber Christensen, Brandi Pontrich (Keith), Nicky Osborne, Tiffiny Osborne, Heather McIver, Jeffery Dale Robinson and David McIver; her grandchildren, Dalton Towles, Benjamin Scott, Samanitha R Martin and Courtney Martin; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Towles and Collier Quick.
