She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Adams and Charles Adams; and her siblings, Bonnie Sagraves, Larry Adams and Charles Gary Adams.
She is survived by: her husband C. Samuel Whitehead; her children, Abe Fosson and Melani Fosson (Jim Versaw); her stepchildren, John Dawson Whitehead, Jenny Murphy and Grayson Munson; her grandchildren, Olivia Weidel (Tyler), Kory Fosson, Kyle Fosson, Kelsi Fosson and Samantha Hayden Whitehead; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Rinaldi and Harry Sagraves. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Donations in Judy's memory may be made to Ashland Terrace, Liberty Ridge Senior Living Community, or the UK Markey Cancer Center.
