She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Votaw and Dr. Charles Votaw; her sister Katherine; and her nephew John Hiten. She is survived by: her sister Charleen Hiten; her nephew Karl (Valarie); her great-nephew Brian Hiten (Jessica); and her children, Kamryn, Kelsey Hiten (Berea), Cora Lea, Rhett Foister and Brian Thomas (Cynthiana).
