She is survived by: her children, Dennis Fraley (Hermalee Hale) and Debra Ann Fraley Hartley (Rick); her grandchildren, Deanna Keith, Brad Fraley (Linda) and Sturgill Simpson (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Morgan Abshear (Austin), Tanner Keith (Paige), Ethan Fraley, Ora Simpson, Gus Simpson and Ellis Simpson; and her great great grandchildren, Waylon Abshear and Carter Keith.
In lieu of flowers, donations requested be made to the charity of choice in honor of Juanita Fraley.
