She is survived by: her children, Marquis Smith (Champayne) and Ronnee Smith; her grandchildren, Malik Ross, Jr., Amirion Ross, Elijah Smith, Zion Smith, Jocelyn Smith and Caiden Knowles; her siblings, Vivian Fields, Charmaine Simpson, Gloria Williams (Derrick), Gloria Croley (John), Fern Clay, Irvin Smith, John Watkins, Jr. and Demetrius Mullins; her aunt Bessie Newsome; and her uncle Harvey Cloyd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the East Second Street Christian Church (146 Constitution St, Lexington, KY 40507).
