She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Boggs Sr. and Ida C. Mason Boggs; and her brothers, Leslie Boggs Jr., Ronald Boggs and Floyd Boggs.

She is survived by: her children, Charlie Boggs and Jessica Boggs; her sisters, Jacqueline Garrett, Kathy Guy (Arnie) and Victoria Tevis (Michael); her aunts, Mary Jackson and Brenda Johnson; and her friends, Alfred Miller and Vivian Jackson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandson.
