It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Faye Bruner of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert and Della Mae Adams Whitaker; her son David Scott Bruner; and her grandsons, Andrew, Cash and Jordan Bruner Date.
She is survived by: her children, Leisa Mounce, Sharon Cruse (Charlie), Kim Estes and Shane Simpson (Vicky); her grandchildren, David Mounce, Casey Durham, Brandon Mounce, Elijah Ellington, Rachael Spalding, Spencer Cruse, Matthew Bruner, Taylor Foster, Lucas, Hagan Simpson, Tracie Goodwin and George Riley; and her sister Jean Bruner (Wendell). She is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren & 2 Great Grandchildren.
