He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Dennis Bouchard (Elca) of Seymour, IN and Edna Ruth Bouchard (Greg Vance) of Campton, KY.; his siblings, Dena Carol Combs (Coy) of Lexington, KY. and Dennis Kyle Bouchard of Seymour, IN.; his stepdaughter Haley Colgrove of Lexington, KY.; his stepbrother Charles Barker (Dana) of Seymour, IN; his uncles, Kerney Bouchard (Mary) of Lexington, KY and Arlin Hudson (Carol) of Jackson, KY.; his aunt Beth Wright (Jim) of Lexington, KY.; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Mackenzie, Chloe, Kaylee and Dyson; and his cousins, Ryan Hays (Tabitha), Brandi Hays, Evalea Hudson, Carlos Wayne Hudson, Michelle Huang, Melissa Merritt and Kena Mullins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
