He is survived by: his wife Virginia R. Rice; his children, Mark Rice (Debbie) and Teri Short (Ed); his stepdaughter Paula Hayden (Frank); and his siblings, Wyman Rice (Kay) and Roberta Crouch. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
