He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hampton Collins and Fronia Shannon Owens; and his sisters, Louvenia Griffith and Jane McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Collins; his daughter Melissa Jo Collins; his mother-in-law Mae Reynolds; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Rosen and Earl Mitchell Tudor; his nieces, Ashley and Lesley Rosen; and his nephew John McCullough.
