Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jonathan David Horn (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 49, on December 10, 2019. He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Taylor Horn; and his brother-in-law Douglas McBrayer. He is survived by: his father Bascom Horn; his sister Jennifer McBrayer; his nephews, Bradley of Lexington and Jackson McBrayer of Lexington; and his pet Patton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust.
