He is survived by: his wife Cora Mills Burdine; his children, Johnda Burdine of Florence, KY, Eddie Mills of London, KY, Tiffany Tackett of Briceville, TN, Brandy Spaulding of London, KY and Teresa Ortega of London, KY; and his siblings, Teresa Frost, Ricky Burdine, Rodney Burdine, Scotty Burdine and Danny Burdine.
