She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend G. M. Smith and Mattie Smith; and her brother-in-law Robert Crutchfield. She is survived by: her sister Mary-Estill Crutchfield; her nephew O'Brien Crutchfield; her niece Cheryl Bobo (Malcolm); her great-nieces, Nyla and Kayla Bobo; and her aunts, Allene Cox, Kathryn Smith Stephens and Virginia Smith. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Zion Baptist Church (132 S Mulberry St, Georgetown, KY 40324).
