Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Warren Gorrell Sr. (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 88, on November 10, 2019. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar M. Gorrell and Elsie V. Gorrell; his wife Jenny; his sons, Warren Gorrell (Cathy) of McLean, VA, Jim Gorrell (Lou), Tracy Sipes (Karen) and Paul Sipes (Chrissie); his grandchildren, Sarah Kulkarni (Akshay) of New York, NY, Courtney Anderson (Troy) of Arlington, VA, Michael Gorrell (Lauren), Dr. Elizabeth Gorrell of Conway, SC, Catherine Gorrell (Lexington), Tyler Sipes (Morgan), Shelby Sipes (Paris), Garrett Sipes (Paris), Ryan Sipes (Lexington) and Camryn Sipes (Paris); and his great grandchildren, Tara, Karina Kulkarni of New York, NY, Jaycee Wallin (Bowling Green) and Carson Sipes (Paris). He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and his friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Hutchison United Methodist Church, 251 Hutchison Road, Paris, KY 40361.
