He is survived by: his parents, Hank Phillips and Leslie Phillips; his sister Rev. Griffin Ryan; his brother-in-law Rev. Sean Ryan; his niece Campbell Ryan; and his aunts, Lea Green (Karl Stoezer) and Terri Crawford (Mac).
