He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sullivan and Margaret Adams Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce C. Lindbergh, Joy Sullivan and Lawrence "Andy" Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Corcoran; his daughters, Elizabeth Moorman (Robert), Caroline Wagstaff (Tom) and Lindsay Donworth (Ken); his grandchildren, Caroline, Garland, Molly Moorman of Richmond, VA, Will, Regan, Owen Wagstaff of Kansas City, KS, Charlotte and Patrick Donworth; his siblings, Jerry E. Sullivan, MD of Bowling Green, KY and Angela S. Anderson of Brunswick, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Marcie C. Blakeney and Mickey P. Corcoran. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
