He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Cupples; his children, Don Mitchell (Lisa) and Becky Hopper (David); his grandson Jason Hopper (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Michael Hopper (Meredith) and Charlotte; his daughter Clare Frost (Ray); his granddaughter Kate Frost; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Ray Sizemore and John Frost.
