He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Munis and Mary Lynch; his children, Thomas Mikolasko and Julie Lucas (Paul); his granddaughters, Christine Setter (Tim) and Leah Seifert; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Setter, Taylor Setter and Grant Setter.

In Lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
