He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy of Lexington, Richard Crutcher of Lexington, Eunice of Lexington and John J. Greely, Jr. of Lexington. He is survived by: his parents, Ann Evans Greely and John Joseph Greely, III of Lexington; his siblings, Christopher Beau Greely of Redondo Beach, CA, Shannon Greely Totty (Lexington) and Laura Greely Whitworth (Jason) of Atlanta, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline, Margaux Greely, Caroline Totty, Lily Whitworth, Beau Greely, Jack Totty, Alex Totty and Will Whitworth. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Make-A-Wish, 710 East Main Street, Lexington, KY, an organization that was especially dear to John.
