He is survived by: his sister Sharlyne; his brother-in-law Teddy Robinette; his close friends, Winfred Reed, David, Linda Fouch, Johnny and Linda Estepp of Kentucky; his daughters, Melissa (Steve Turner), Alisha (Steve Scott), Pam (Jodey Bain) and Lara (Matt Lepski); his grandchildren, Ashley Turner, Travis Turner, Sierra Scott, Samantha Scott, Savannah Scott, Gabriel Scott, Aliana Scott, Dylan Hale, Ali Hale, Ashley Bain, Misty Bain, Maranda Bain and Eli Bain; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Wright, Blake Turner, Elizabeth Turner, Charlie Vest, Braxton Saltus, Memphis Martin and Nevaeh Quesenberry of Virginia.
