He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Caudill McDaniel and John Clay McDaniel, Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Kord McDaniel; his children, Jessica McDaniel (Casey Vanover) of Georgetown, John Crittenden McDaniel of Seattle, WA and Julia Hiipakka of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Kyler Vanover, Monty McDaniel, Max McDaniel, Dalton Eubank, Julianna Dail and Jaden Hignite; his great grandchild Kalliope Eubank; his siblings, Woody McDaniel of Frankfort and Tammy Rowland-Johnston of Paris; his nephews, Ben McDaniel (Natalia) and Austin McDaniel; his great-nephew Matt McDaniel; and his great-niece Laila McDaniel. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
