He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Blackburn (Cynthia) of Big Creek, KY and Mary Justice Kirk (Doug) of Williamson, WV.; his siblings, Zachary Tyler Blackburn of Big Creek, KY, Jay Douglas III Kirk (Victoria Denae) of Belfry, KY and Donavan Nathaniel Kirk of Williamson, WV.; and his niece Jolie Roslyn Kirk. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
