It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Andrew Collins of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Ruby Martin Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Stinnett Collins; his sons, John Collins (Amy) and Mark Collins; his grandsons, Seth Collins, Jonathan Collins and Zachary Collins; and his sister Patty Jean Collins.
