It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Alben Tackett of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alben Barkley and Maxine Black Tackett. He is survived by: his sister Debra Wishart (Jim) of Lexington; and his nieces, Sara Sleightholm of Lexington and Amanda Sleightholm of Lexington. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
