He was predeceased by: his parents, Alben Barkley and Maxine Black Tackett. He is survived by: his sister Debra Wishart (Jim) of Lexington; and his nieces, Sara Sleightholm of Lexington and Amanda Sleightholm of Lexington. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
