He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Tuttle Beam (Mark) of Lexington and John Mark Tuttle (Carol) of Lexington; his nephews, Robert Fletcher of Texas and Nick Strong of Nicholasville; and his niece Karla Martello of Nicholasville.
