With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Spivey (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Garrard, Kentucky, who passed away on October 29, 2019 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jo Ann Spivey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ison and Ollie Mae Scott Naylor; her husband Carl Bascom Spivey; and her siblings, John "Jack" Naylor, Nellie Masser, Thelma Ruble, Dorothy Amstutz and Esther Wiley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Stocker (Bradford) of Lexington, Aletha Turner (James) of Lexington and Shelley Kozlowsky (Donald) of Lexington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
