She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parents, George Hackney Redding and Marjorie Redding; her brother Milton Daniel Redding; her former husband Bob Duncan; her son William James McVeigh; and her grandson Michael DJ McVeigh.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Tate (Norman Hairston), Bruce Duncan Michael (Gina), Patricia Marshall and Catherine Maupin (Andy); and her grandchildren, Chris McVeigh, Nick Duncan (Savannah), Amber Warner (Brian), Ashley Sachs (Joey), Chad Underwood, Allison Caballeros (Phillip), Cody Marshall, Tyler McVeigh, Josh Duncan (Ellie) and Anna Marshall. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
