He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Thompson; and his brother Robert Phelps. He is survived by: his children, Donna Crosby (Kevin) and Michael (Megan); and his sisters, Virginia Baker, Carolyn Wickizer and Mary Helms. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
