It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Thomas Eckler (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Eckler; and his wife Carrol Eckler. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Thomas Eckler II and Cheyanne Newkirk (Mike); his grandchildren, Sierra Eckler, Jerry Thomas Eckler III, Lane Newkirk and Corman Newkirk; and his brothers, Ray Eckler and Paul Eckler.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lexington Humane Society.
