She was predeceased by: her mother Paulette Beitelspacher Johnson; her aunt Judy; and her uncle Larry. She is survived by: her father Mark Johnson (Ginger) of Lexington; her brother Jamie Johnson (Erica) of Midway; her stepsiblings, Will Stewart (Krista) of Lexington, Bonny of Lexington and Sarah Stewart of Lexington; her sister Annabella D'Ambruoso Michaelides (Mark) of Lexington; her uncle Kereath Smith of London; her nieces and nephews, Taylor, Karli, Austin, Savannah and Sawyer Johnson; and her pet Perak.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to either the Lexington Humane Society or American Cancer Society, both of which were meaningful to Jennifer.
