He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Foley; his grandparents, Horace, Gladys Zumwalt, Maurice and Anna Mae Foley; and his uncles, Doug Zumwalt and Dennis Zumwalt.
He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Foley; his wife Barbara Willis Foley; his son Ethan Jay Foley; his sister Jennifer Foley Cooper; his brother-in-law Mitchel Cooper; his nephew Owen Cooper; his parents-in-law, Shorty and Wanda Willis; and his sister-in-law Amanda Willis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the Foley has requested donations to the local chapter of the American Heart Association.
