He is survived by: his wife Jane Queen Snowden; his daughter Jessica Paige Payne (Logan); and his siblings, Connie Lynn Thompson (Richard), Donna Joyce Brown (Robert) and Robert Walter Snowden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
