It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Gaar Epperson (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jean Sackett, Susan Gaar and Horace Byron Gaar III; and her stepdaughter Lucille Epperson. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 19 great great grandchildren.
Her request was that donations be sent to the church in her name to benefit the many service programs performed by Second Presbyterian.
