He is survived by: his wife Paula B. Caldwell; his children, Mark Allen Caldwell (Lisa) and Sheri Lynn Caldwell; his grandchildren, Candiace, Amber, Nikki, Cody, Michael, April and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Elizabeth, Melody, Colton, Marley, Cameron, Theo, Liam, Ben, Isabella and Stella; and his sister-in-law Linda Brown.
